Concrete Orbs

In this series I wanted to create pieces that were touchable, in harmony with nature and full of life and joy. The orbs encompass different organic elements, and those elements cause different reactions which the take the sculpture in different directions. I only have limited control. The symmetrical shape creates a sense of calmness while the natural colors, cracks and fissures that wander through the orb create a sense of wonder and curiosity. Each orb has it's own energy created by the combination of materials. These orbs are designed to go outside and enhance your garden but are equally as beautiful in your home.
